I’m McKenzie Roman…. the founder of The Kitchen Sink! I graduated top of my culinary school class at The French Culinary Institute in NYC and have over 15 years of experience working “on the line” of NYC restaurant kitchens and as a publicist and recipe developer in the food and beverage industry.
When I met my husband (who has celiac disease), cooking gluten-free became a passion, and I love experimenting with making delicious food that you wouldn’t believe is gluten-free!
